Q: You’re the ones for us! How do we book you?!

A: First of all, we’re stoked that you are so ready! We can’t wait to meet you and we’ll make this easy peasy from start to finish. Just click “book us” in the top right corner and fill out a contact form with some helpful information about your needs, and we will be in touch within 48 hours! If you submit a form over the weekend, we may respond a little slower, but please know we will respond as soon as possible.

Once we get your inquiry, we will email you our pricing collections and availability. There will be a 30% non-refundable retainer and signed contract due to secure your date. After that, you’re all set!

Q: What is the benefit of having two photographers?  

A: Where do we begin? We love working together! Calder and I have been doing life side-by-side for over 12 years now, and we really are better together. In life and in art, we see things with unique perspectives. Our combined passion and point of views come together to create a full coverage, candid gallery of images that you will cherish for years to come. Some logistical reasons include freedom to get creative, traditional shots are always covered, and we can split up to get a variety of angles and views.

In general, having two photographers helps the day run more smoothly and ensures maximum coverage and two unique perspectives of your day (no matter how big or small).  The good thing is, when you work with us for wedding or elopement day you don’t have to choose! We’re a package deal, so it’s kinda like a double date. We guarantee a good time!

Do you only photograph weddings, elopements, and couples?

While we do fill the majority of our calendar with weddings, elopements, and couple sessions, Kate also photographs other special life events—maternity, newborns, family, college or high school graduation, etc. Just fill out a contact form and let’s chat!

Q: When will we get our photos back? 

A: We always try our very best to get your photos back to you quickly! It takes time to make bring your photos to life through our artistic, vibrant editing style! Portrait sessions are delivered within 6-8 weeks. Weddings and elopements are typically delivered within 8-12 weeks, sometimes ranging depending on the time of year.

We always aim to send you a sneak peek gallery within one week of your event!

Q: How will we receive our photos?

A: We use Pic-Time online galleries to deliver all of your high res, ready to print images. The online gallery can easily be shared with family and friends. There is also an app for your phone! Your gallery comes with a print release that allows you to print as many photos as many times as you wish! There is also a professional print shop connected directly to your gallery filled with products hand-picked by us! 

Your Pic-Time gallery will remain available for at least three months for downloading. We recommend downloading all images upon receipt as a backup because you can never have too many backups.

Q: How many images can we expect from our time together?  

A: The number of final images can vary depending on how much time we spend together. Each day is unique! You can expect around 75-100 images per hour of coverage, and often many more since there are two of us! Again, every wedding & elopement is different so this can vary slightly. We can promise you this... it will be hard to choose a favorite! 

Q: Do you travel for photography?

A: Yes! We are based in Colorado Springs, and all of our elopement packages cover a 120-mile radius without a travel fee. We are always happy to hop on a plane or pack the car for a road trip! Reach out about a custom travel quote for further distances. Nowhere is too far! 

Q: How do we pick a location for our elopement or photo session?

A: We can pick the shoot location together, or you can tell me where to go! For Colorado elopements, we have created our own exclusive Colorful Colorado Location Guide to share with you. We’ve spent a lot of time researching and location scouting this beautiful state! We are always excited to check out a new location if you have somewhere specific in mind. For destinations, we are happy to do our research and help scout out the perfect location for your event. We love exploring new places!
